For many cat owners, feeding their feline friend human food is irresistible. Even though felines have very particular dietary needs, a few human items can be pretty healthy if provided in moderation. But it's important to know which human foods are appropriate for cats. If you have cats, consider these top 10 human foods.

    1. Meats

Since cats are obligate carnivores, it makes sense that they benefit nutritionally from a diet rich in meat. Meat supplies critical nutrients that contribute to a healthy lifestyle for cats and meet their specialized dietary needs.

Meats low in fat and high in protein, such as beef, chicken, turkey, liver, and lamb, are acceptable for your cat's consumption. Never feed raw meat to a pet; instead, thoroughly boil it and discard the skin and bones.

It's common knowledge that fish is one of our cats' favorite foods. The fragrance and taste of fish has long been known to entice cats. Feeding picky eaters fish-based dishes can help guarantee they get the nutrition they need. Most fish are fine for your cat because they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

    3. Eggs

Eggs benefit cats because they contain all the essential amino acids necessary for their development, growth, and muscle maintenance. Cats can also digest eggs well, so they can use the nutrients they provide. This makes them an excellent food choice for cats with gastrointestinal problems. Feed them small amounts of scrambled or boiled eggs, but never raw.

    4. Broccoli
