    Homemade lasagna

    Healthy Macro-Friendly Lasagna

    Servings: 9
Prep Time: 30 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Total Time: 60 min
Calorie and macronutrient estimate per serving:
    ● Calories: 475 Kcal
    ● Carbohydrates: 49 grams
    ● Fats: 13 grams
    ● Proteins: 40 grams

    Ingredients:

    ● 1 lb lean ground beef (93% lean)
    ● 1 cup onion, finely chopped
    ● 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    ● 2 teaspoons oregano
    ● 20 oz (2 cans) tomato soup
    ● 16 oz (2 cans) tomato sauce
    ● 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
    ● 12 lasagna noodles
    ● 32 oz fat free cottage cheese
    ● 1 lb low fat mozzarella cheese, grated

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large skillet, add the beef, onions, garlic, and oregano and cook together until the
    beef is browned.
    3. Add soup, sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles until just tender. They will soften more in the oven.
    5. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, add a thin layer of the meat sauce to the bottom of the pan. This
will prevent sticking. Then layer 3 lasagna noodles, then meat sauce, then cottage
cheese, then mozzarella. You should have enough ingredients to make 4 layers of
    noodles, sauce, and cheese.
    6. Bake for 30 minutes, and let it stand for 15 minutes after baking.
